I have looked everywhere in the Severed Hand for Toral's Bonds of Suffering....on every level, in every tower...and cannot find them! Can someone please give me a clue?

Don't you get those from the torturer guys on the 2nd level of the tower (right above the dungeon)? I am pretty sure that is where they are located.

Just went back and checked that room....there's nothing there. I do have the "Bonds of the Faithful", but that's something different altogether I think. I'm also missing an Iyachtu Xvim Holy Symbol as well. I hope I haven't screwed up somewhere. :(

Spellbound, I too had some problems finding all the holy symbols. You can do a search and find my original post, but from memory I know you can get 1 from Madae's quarters (edit: you can get an Ilmater holy symbol from Madae's quarters and a Xvim symbol from Isair's quarters). There are 3 or 4 in levels 1 and 2 of the cleric tower. You can get two more from the Ruinlords guarding the "demon stone" thing on level 2. In fact, all the Ruinlords should have one, so knock a few of them off and you should get 6 holy symbols with no problems...

Are you sure you don't mean the Tears of the Suffering, that Toral Sorn told you you'd need for the ritual? You get those from Jerre Stoh, by talking to him about Ilmater...
