Goblin Fortress..

    In the first chapter of the game, as you enter the fortress, Guthma and Sherincal have a conversation..

    My computer freezes at this point.. Guthma says:
    'We will kill the humans. Trust me.'

    And then my computer crashes..

    Has this happened to anyone else?
    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Even though you have already gone through the Goblin Warrens, you might want to install the Slowdown Fix, sometimes the game crashes because of certain things you did in certain bugged areas.

    Ive put the slowdown fix on it and everything..

    I found a way around the conversation by using the explorearea cheat and then jumping to one of the rooms in the fortress and killing everything..

    Im just really annoyed i had to cheat, so i was wondering if there was something wrong with my PC..

    Anyhow, if someone could just give me the gist of the conversation so i dont miss anything..

    You don't say what your computer specs are. Try turning off all background programs except the neccessary ones. If you need more info let me know and I'll try to help. Someone will be able to help. Thank Helm, etc for SP.

    ok, as far as i remember the point of the conversation was that Sherincal was really really really really angry with Guthma, cause of all the defeats that YOU caused. Guthma was saying that they are winning, Targos has been weakend and all this crap. Sherincal lists then your victories what should include defeating the goblin invasion of targos and also the second invasion under caballus, destroying the dam and taking the bridge. Sherincal is afraid that Isair and Madae would hold her responsible for the failures and wants to replace Guthma as commander of the goblin forces with herself. However, eventually she gives him a very last chance and teleports herself away because of tidings from the eastern front. then Guthma walks away, cursing and threatening Sherincal.

    That's all, so you didn't really miss a lot.
