Can't Load Area in Chapter 5

    Hello! First of all I'm glad to meet all of you again.
    I have a little trouble with my IWD II's CD.It can't load the temple area in Yuan-ti's Realm.
    It hangs before the loading area screen finished to load the area.
    If I can not get inside the Yuan-ti's temple, how can I complete the quest that Iselore gave me?
    Please help me!!!

    You can't... The quest Iselore gives you can be completed in two ways : you can either kill everyone in the temple or get the sixth pillar found inside and use it to summon Chahopek the Guardian (dragon). Unfortunately you can do neither of these two... Don't you have an earlier save,like before Iselore gave you the quest? If not,load the autosave and start the chapter again.
    You're not that far in to the chapter anyway.

    The patch might help you. One of the problems it solved for me was freezing between maps.
