    [​IMG] If anyone has actually killed Kangaxx please respond. His first form is easy but his second is impossible to kill!I have tried giving my character 100% magic resistance but imprisonment still imprisons him and I lose. I have tried giving a mage spell immunity:Abjuration, but he just uses DemiLich howl to kill them. I know only +4 weapons or better can kill him and that he has damage reduction 15 or something. Also I find the fact that spells cast on him do nothing( it doesn't even say "Magic Resistance" ) anoying. Does anyone have any ideas that worked??

    [​IMG] If you want to kill that thing, then try this:
    make yourself a "killsw01". It has the graphics and story for Long Sword +2: Visconna, but when you equip it, you get the following bonuses....
    counts as a +10 weapon
    -35 AC bonus
    THAC0: +50
    damage: 1d10+1000, +1500 fire, +1500 magic, +1500 cold, +1000 piercing, +1000 slashing, and an aditional 1000 of undisclosed damage.
    8 attacks per turn (if you get more profencies, you'll get a max of 10 attacks per turn)
    100% magic resistance
    immunity to: charm, panic, sleep, slow, stun, fatigue, hold, confusion, feeblemindedness, web, and some others.
    There are no race, class, or alignment restrictions on it. Your druids and clerics can use it too!
    This seems to be the weapon that the programmers assigned to the invincible killer thief in the Thieves Guild(the one that spawns when you kill someone in the thieves guild).

    kang is actually easy once you know the secret. first goto the adv mart and buy the 2 protect from magic scrolls. then get a paladin (your avatar or that wuss from the radient heart) and give him the +5 2hander. then free the mean lil lich kill his lich form, use the protect from magic scroll and hack his sorry scull apart.

    Interesting post SilviuFabian, where did you 'happen-chance' upon this information? My first time thru BG2 I fought this 'invincible' killer in the Thieves Guild. His name is Arkanis Gath, and I had him down once to 'near death' status (kept reloading from a QuckSave game). But he would keep taking damage and 'never die'.

    I have even emailed one of the BG2 game designers to find out more about this 'godlike NPC'. Thanks for any feedback...I have a character that is 'destined' to bring him down! (Or so i'd like to believe...)

    Two spells: purge invisibility and Breach.
    Then divide him into equal pieces with any sharp or blunt implements you have and serve raw.
