    @ Chandos the Red

Yea, Bloodlines is the best of that package, but it will turn pretty bland by the time you reach that chinese quartel. All necessary skills maxed out, no new enemies, same old (poor) AI, hardly surprising story... But it is pretty decend until then, if glitchy, so enjoy. ;)

Oh, and Half Life 2 was the best FPS published in years; you really should just disable Steam to save yourself from the headache.

Chandos F.E.A.R is well worth the money, just for single player. Takes a very high end machine to run it effectively though.

I have to go with God of War for PS2, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory for XBox and Resident Evil for Game Cube.
I didn't bought any PC game so no vote in that area.

BF2, CS2, DoD, TFC... They all are the same, so how could they be better than the rest when they just recycle the 'same old' 5 minute fragging? In fact, according of the latest Player -magazine, majority of the games published last year were just sequels and sequels sequels.

Personal Preference - I enjoy BF2 - it has quite a realistic feel - aside from the idea of spawning and flags etc. Can't think of any other game where you can have such a massive frag fest with 64 players on a massive map.

Yes Fragging, its still enjoyable. And beleive it not you have to use your brain as well.
