There are lots of cool names that people go by here. Which do you like the best and why?

Names (and posters) I like:

8people - clever, original, cool name.
TheBlackRose - great name, great game (PST)
Extremist - couldn't be more appropriate.

 

ooh - My name is liked

I like:
Extremist - I think it's a wicked name, the newest mod, and the King of BG2
Mathetais - Just sounds cool, and he makes good posts
Jack Funk - Reminds me of someone I knew the one on SP is cooler
chevalier des Trois-Tours - Don't know if it means anything but it sure sounds impressive, long live paladins, as long as they leave witches and stuff alone

Wow, mine? I hate my online name, but that's what everyone knows me by now so I'm forced to stick with it. Too many times have I been called Latex boy by a certain two Canadians.

I like any name that has that Elven ring to it.
and there's Shralp, and 8people, and Arabwel, and far too many to name.

 

Extremist - who doesn't like that name?

8people - reminds me of I33t spelling. Sounds cannibalistic.

Kitrax - nice ring to it.

It does suggest some meaning if you told I am a paladin As for witches etc... they see me as a far worse thing my being a roleplaying RC . Magic being a power like gravity in RPG I only smite those who drain power from evil sources Like any pally should anyway.

The closest English translation of the nick is the very odd sounding Cavallier of Three Towers (very rarely used, mostly Threetowers then). chevalier/Cavallier is a class indicator and what's following is from heraldry, not from a place (most obvious interpretation)

As for nicks I propose:

8people - reasons have been given

sir Belisarius - conditional upon this being from the Byzantine general

Dungeon Master - I wonder how many people have tried to get the name only to get the message that it's occupied

Taluntian - Really sound like a cowled wizard leader or one from the council of six.

OT - why does my name sound cannibalistic?

A couple more names I like:
Ragusa - nice name, nice posts.
Vermillion - I thought it was a cool word and even better now someones called it.
Aikanaro - s'cool.

Thats just a handful loads of the names sound cool, but I have other places to post and Mortensen is glaring at the amount of time I've been posting so far

How fun. I actually think 8people is one of the worst names. It isn't really a name either? It is just part of a sentence. 8 people went to school yesterday. Perhaps I should change my name to "school yesterday".

I'll go for Shadow Chick and Big B as my favorite female/male names anyday.

I like a lot of the names here, especialy when they have something special about them, names that seem to be unique.

I didn't expect to find my name here, I don't even like it. It's too normal. Just type Silverblade in any search site and you'll find thousands of hits. I'm still looking for an other name, which is unique.

 

Mortensen, I like your name.(Guess) WHY nobody mentioned MY name? It's pretty and kinda Elvish, I think.

Arabwel is cool and others are cool as well.

Well, actually I like my own nick the best (why else should I choose it?), but besides that I think it's Extremist.
