It's not at the beginning of SoA. It's at the begginning of ToB. For SoA they have something from Alundo's prophecy.

I only remember the one from BG by Friedrich Nietsze (I think :hmm: ), "When you gaze long into the abyss, the abyss also gazes into you".
There was one more, but my memory fails me...

"That which does not kill me makes me stronger"

I'm pretty sure that's one of Nietche's but :yot: as it's not in BG2.

    N-I-E-T-Z-S-C-H-E. Nietzsche

The "Philosopher's Song" is awesome (or was it "The Drunken Philosopher's Song"?). :)

Anyway, the quote is in aphorism 146 from Neitzche's "Beyond Good and Evil," published in 1886.

The quote is actually two different quotes of Nietzsche's, kinda squished together. Oh yeah, and his name is pronounced "Nee-Chee" if you were wondering.

Nee-cheh is right, I'm having a class on him tonight anyway. Fascinating philosopher. Full name: Friedrich Nietzsche. "Also sprach Zarathustra" is maybe his most known work.

(Emanuel Kant was a real pissant, I drink therefore I am)
