This is mostly for those who bought the game in the United States. How was the game packaged? I basically am looking to find out if the cds were packaged in plain paper sleeves or an actual jewel case. I was cleaning my desk and the two disks were laying on top of my scanner and I cannot find a jewel case anywhere. Please tell me I am not going nuts.

I'm from Britain, so I don't know if this will help, but mine came in paper sleeves.
