I had decided on my final party when I was playing.

    Here's my strongest party:
    Shura No Oni Kensai/Mage
    Jaheira
    Viconia
    Minsc
    Keldorn
    Imoen
Very well balanced but most of the power rested on my main character anyway so I was referring to the other 5 members. With one pair of boots of speed from the Planar prison on Jaheira and another from spellhold on Shura No Oni, I have 2 fast strikers while Minsc and Keldorn double up as tanks. Keldorn is particularly awesome. And I just loved Viconia's dialouge. Maybe I'm just attracted to evil ladies. :D

Yes, Keldorn and Viconia in the same party sounds very balanced...

Well, since my sorc got lost in the dungeons, I started new with:

    Korgan
    Yoshi
    Aerie
    Nalia
    Viconia
    Sorl (nasty chaotic evil mage)

Yoshi & Korgan will be thrown out, 'cause they can't spellcast even a little bit.
Edwin will certainly come, as soon as possible, and little sis will join at spellhold.
I might back up my tank (Viconia) with either Haer'Daelis, Keldorn or Valygar. That would cost Nalia her place.
Else I'll take Anomen for Aerie.
I'd change anyone of them for Kangaxx :( .

Oops, almost forgot what I was posting about...

Okay, my final party for my first go...

    Dave (Pure kensai human dude)
    Minsc
    Haer'Dalis
    Aerie
    Jaheira
    Imoen

I dunno...I like Haer'Dalis, has such great personality...and so does Minsc, what the hell is with people thinking Minsc gets old? He's such a nice and loyal guy...and Boo is adorable.

Aerie, Jaheira and Imoen..y'know, they're good too...just chillin'.

I'm starting a game with a sorceress and I'm trying to get different people...Naturally, I kept Minsc..and Jaheira too for her healing and such...

This time, I got Keldorn and Jan Jansen...
Keldy for his Carsomyr wielding powers and Jan for his finding traps/lock picking powers...

Besides, Jan is cool, he has cool stories to tell Keldorn about making love to flesh golems ; )
