What was your favourite part/quest in the SOA? Mine would have to be the Underdark, there was so much to do down there and some great quests and one of the most challenging parts in the game ;)

Also the Underdark, for the same reasons.
And the Spellhold Labyrinth, because it has the riddles and such. That part reminds me of Planescape:Torment btw.

My first time couple of times through, I’d have to say Underdark as well, because there were a lot of interesting things going on. But now, the game doesn’t really hold any surprises for me, so my main motivation is character development. By the end of Chapter 3, I’m starting to get a bit bored, and I'll be thinking about my next character.

Planar Sphere. The variety of encounters and the ingenuity of the quest makes it a delight to play each time.

First time I played BG2 in my life and completed the Trademeet quests I felt really good. The quests wasn´t hard or anything, but I loved the attention you got from the people of Trademeet, plus the statues counted in alittle aswell :D

Favorite part otherwise must be... Hmm, I dont have one anymore. Maybe this is a sign I should take a break. :(

The drow city. I love the whole dynamics of the Drow society, the betrayal, using sex, and strength as power. It was just cool. Plus the whole slaughter after the demon summoning.

i think the whole game is so good (exept the very start after about 10 times) that its hard to pick out the best. But I think Trademeet is cool because you get those statues in the middle of town, the other cool bit is when your working for Mae'Var because i like the whole spy/infiltration thing. Mae'Var is also pretty funny and in this quest you also pick up my favourite NPC; Edwin. :D

    favourite part =
the umar hills quest stands out - good subplot, very atmospheric, lots of undead, even a dragon

    2nd favourite part =
all the thief quests (mae'var, aran linvail, stronghold)

    least favourite part =
getting imoen ASAP as she is the only thief i like in the game

Favourite part would have to be Umar Hills and the dragon fights.

Least favourite is playing through for the first time and realising that once you reach a certain point you cannot return to finish off all the side quests without ToB Grr!

[IMG] My favorite quest if you can call it a quest is wiping out any cowled Wizard. They are so Arrogant and unfair towards my character.Once I have attaineda few levels I start to cast spells outside when I dont need them just to kick Wizard Butt. :p I even enjoy when Irenicus turns them into salt.

It would be the beginning, just after Cowled wizards take Imoen, and you can explore the city.. Vampire and Shadow thief conflicts are nice to watch.
