Festule the Alchemist's Potion

    [​IMG] I have just found the potion mentioned in the name of the thread in the temple of Helm and am curious as to what it does. It says it is something to incapacitate orges. I am not sure if it is a quest or just a random item. It could be from a mod but I am not sure. Any info on this would be much appreciated.

    It's there in the regular game. I don't know what it does if you drink it.

    Festule's potion is used in a minor quest for Mazzy (remember Gorf the Squisher?), but I believe that its appearance anywhere else must be an error of the game. You're supposed to be able to buy it from Festule himself, according to Dan Simpson's walkthrough.

    Fair enough. Probably a bug in one of my many mods that put it in the temple.

    It's a bug in the unmodded game--you should only be able to get the potion from Festule in the course of the Mazzy-Grof encounter.

    (Need I mention it's adressed by the Fixpack? :) )

    Well, multi-stronghold thingie gave me the Helm Church as my stronghold, and I guess it was my right to check a few places, hmm? :good:

    I was hired by the temple of Oghma to retrieve some overdue books to their library. You'd be surprised what Helmites hide their late books behind. :)
