    Im reading economics, and we have to come up with a business idea. Its pretty hard but fun, because it doesent have to be realistic. You can do whatever you like as long as it sounds like someone would be willing to invest in it and you would be able to sell and make a profit of it.
    Last year there were some guys who dressed up as scientists and pretended to sell jetpacks, some other guys sold pieces of land on Mars.
    We also have to market it, and come up with good PR stuff.

    So what would YOU do for an business idea?

    Something to do with ebay. Actual product, virtual reality product, scam, whatever, as long as it is on ebay, it sells. Roomate of my friend used to buy from egghead and newegg and sell on ebay.

    @Bahir the Red.
    I hope your not expecting anything to serious from this lot. :)

    @Heerscher.
    But you can still market it. Sell it like on an abstract place of commerce, like a stockmarket. It's there, it has a certain volume, but the real value is, that it has no definable value. Like papermoney.

    If this is for high school/college, etc. then go with what you know. Offer to do homework for pay, write people's term papers, etc.
