[IMG] This may be common knowledge to some of the vets out there, but to the uniformed I cannot let this news pass. I've noticed that the Ring of Regeneration will regenerate a character at half its speed when the wearer equips the Boots of Speed.

    Spoiler locations....

Ring of Regeneration: Ribald's Finger in the Adventurers Mart

160 pickpocket is quite enough to steal the ring.

Nifty I didn't know that one. I bet you have to have a real high pickpocket ability though.

    Didn't knew this, thanks!

    Indeed, that are both regeneration-rings.

Warning, The ring of Gaxx also regenerates you! (and faster then the other ringg do) I think it has the same problem in combination with the boots? Is this problem fixed in the latest patch?

Yeah high pickpocket is needed... However Ribald sells potions of master thievery ;) *evil grin*

btw, I haven't noticed that combo glitch in my game... I'll check it.

    What are you talking about!?
I had Jan pickpocket Ribald when he had about 80-90 in pickpocketing! Why do you say 160?

(I have done this many times. Not ones have I had 160 in pickpocketing...)

[IMG] Actually Zaragoth, can you pickpocket him with that low ability EVERY SINGLE time?

    I don't think so.

    [IMG] hmm?
I can tell you right now and it´s certainly most true that I did not have 160 points in pick pocketing. I did not even have over a hundred. I think that it´s simply not worth increasing pp.

What I meant is that with 160 in picpocketing (Haer'd @lvl12-13) you will pick it for sure.
Otherwise it will take you some reloading (bad!) but of course if Tymora smiles upon you, you might succeed with 75. :)

I was able to pick both Ribald and Tergolias (or whatever the Planer Sphere mage's name is) with Yoshi at 65...both on the first try. I think a 150+ pick is only really needed if you are trying to lift serious items from a merchant.

Of course, there is ALWAYS a chance for failure, but potionss of thievery are not that easy to find (IMO) so I try not to use them unless I really have to.
