    Can anyone tell me where to get this sword?
    I just return from spellhold, and I just arrived in the underwater city. Is it normal that i didnt find the sword yet?

    The sword was in the sewers underneath the Copper Coronet. But you can get it at a latter time to, it's just nice if you pick it up earlier on, because a lot of other more powerful weapons will fall to your party

    Hi

    I suppose there could be more than one talking sword, but I found a two-handed sword +2 early on in the game. I think it is called Lilarcor or something like that, and it was somewhere in Irenicus' dungoen in chapter One.

    The one you found that was a +2 two-handed sword was the Sword of Chaos (given to you from the djinn at Irenicus' Dungeon).
