Diabetes type II, high blood pressure, increased cholesterol, chronic allergies. Had chicken pox and chronic ear infections when I was young.

I have horrible genes, my dad died at age of 63 from a host of end stage diseases, and was on dialysis for the last two years of his life.

Minor: nothing that I can recall except chicken pox

Major: Hashimoto's thyroiditis (fancy way of saying underactive thyroid gland) and "acute occular albanism" which contributes to making me legally blind.

I didn't count this as either a minor or major disease, as it's not a disease so much as a minor deformation, but I also have a 'nystagmus' or constant twitching of the eyes.

@ Prine - I hope you are presently careful with your diet and exercise because with diabetes on both your mother and fathers side I would suspect you have a very good chance of developing it later.

I've had the pox as a kid, and I've had Asthma my entire life, which I consider a major disease.

I don't know if you can call them a disease, but I get chronic bronchitis about once a year (yes I know it's a bacterial infection, but considering I get it on such a regular basis...), I've also been known to get pneumonia. In my 21 years on earth, I've had pneumonia about 8 times, and I don't have enough fingers or toes to count how many times I've gotten bronchitis, suffice to say that I've memorized the medication I need to cure it, the dosage, and how much it costs with/without medical insurance.

Other than those 3 upper respiratory conditions, I'm pretty good... :rolling:

Asthma, some allergies (dust was the worst but it's been taken care of by vaccination), five backbone deviations from the norm (and no, it doesn't look bad unless you're a professional or know what to look for), perhaps not a great circulation/heart (hypertension and some pains sometimes). Plus glasses between -3 and -4. But I still pwn. :p

I had Chicken Pox, a hernia, a cist (sp?) and have allergies to dust and also have asthma though not very severe. Definately can't complain though, I'm quite healthy regardless :)

Chev, could you elaborate on what "glasses between -3 and -4" means? I'm always interested to see how my eyesight stacks up. Sort of a morbid fascination, only not so morbid.

Yeah, the AoDA and AoLS will do that to you... :hahaerr:

Well, if we're listing everything that wrong with us, then:

I'm nearsighted...I don't know the exact number, but 1" print becomes fuzzy if it's more than 10" away from my face.

I'm allergic to dust, pollen, grass, bees, mold, cats, dogs, and tobacco smoke. (My Asthma is primarily allergy induced too.)

The doctors think I might have a slight cast of IBS (look it up if you don't know what it is). Every time I use hot sauce at a Mexican restaurant or eat anything that fairly spicy, I get an upset stomach, and I'm running for the bathroom in a few hours after eating it.

With the amount of Mt. Dew/Milk I drink, I know I'm going to have some nice sized kidney stones sooner or later...

Let's see here...oh! I also have a very poor memory. It's not quite bad enough to be classified as a medical disorder, but I can't remember sh*t. :bang:
