@Keump and Ofelix, thanks for the attempts to et me home, but we don't even have enough nurses to take care of the pts we have, and it would be hell if I went home. I geuss I'll have to settle for playing when I get home in the AM.

I wonder how hard it is to create a web comic... I suddenly find myself with the desire to start a small scale one, I somehow doubt I have the time though.

It's been a while since I've done anything artistically, but my mother was a professional artist back when I was still living under her roof... supposedly artist ability is genetic...

A bit more serious then Order of the Stick, a bit... err... less violent then Goblins (no "stereotyped"/ridiculous characters like Minmax either) and well... ah... just different from Dungeon Crawl Inc.

"The E.C.L. Adventurers" Of Course I'd think of a passible adventuring name as simply using Effective Character Level would be beyond lame. The notion of ECL would be important as the party terribly exploits 3.0 and 3.5's use of power character races (though it's terribly set up with no cleric or rouge who can actually disarm traps).

Just a odd ball party with only two characters without an ECL higher then their actual character level.

My human barbarian, Læfur Volardsen, of course couldn't find himself out of the mix.

Phaera, My drow enchantress, would tag along as the brains of the group and positively make Læfur's life miserable ,like any woman who finds pleasure in making the man who loves her think she's unfaithful (though Phaera tortures Læfur with the idea to him jealous and therefore strive harder to please her, though it only seems to drive Læfur to drink).

Rothmag the Lute, a bugbear bard, designed solely as an exploitation of 3.0/3.5 rules of race selection and lack of race restrictions on certain classes.

Tyler "Ty" Miller, a quality thug and lecher with poor hygiene (though somehow still a rather amiable guy, who gets long with everyone), the party's rouge who has no points in hide, move silently, search, open lock or disarm trap.

A nymph sorceress, the "token" innocent and naive beauty, who has a knack for activating Blinding Beauty whenever she gets suprized with an pinch or grope.

My dear Aurora Heavenlight, who would take a bit of a back seat in this one, primarily to bare insults from the Chaotic Neutral Rothmag, irritate low level monsters who are powerless against 5/magic damage reduction and field some akward moments with Arethir.

Arethir Maelis, being a ridiculous exploit of racial selections couldn't escape, with an ECL of 12 when he takes his first level of sorcerer, he'd be in a bit of a center role. The required "*******" of the group who spends most of his time insulting Rothmag about his race selection, backstory and class selection (for Rothmag insulting his beloved Aurora of course), insulting Phaera and Ty for their sexual morals, complaining as to why he has to have 6 monstrous humanoid hit dice instead of PC classes and proving that having a +4 racial modifier to wisdom doesn't make you wise.

If I only had time, I feel giddy like a child at the thoughts of constructing (and more importantly, editing thuroughly) a web comic. God I can only imagine how much fun it would be to make one.

I know I could make a good web comic, damnit! Hell it might even be funny, assuming I don't manage to kill the joke with poor sentence construction (god damn my love of uncommon words).

Whooo... I needed to get that off my chest, had been eating me up all day thinking about what I'd do with my own comic stripe.

'It is clear that I have been playing ToB too much, my dreams wwere bizarre and involved questing through my old elementary school with a party, including Sarevok, in tow. And then he went ona quest to "find himself" as a result of a dialogue. WTF?

Just plain weird, really.

 

Three hours to go until I can go home and play KotOR. I bubble with anticipation, I quiver with pent up excitement, I... have already embarassed myself!

Shell now has a sprained shoulder to add to the list of injuries. Shell's doctor gave her the painkillers she is allergic to. Shell is not happy. That is all.
