Nalia's mage spells/Yoshimo

    [​IMG] (This might be a stupid question) I have reached Chapter 3 and I have Nalia, Aerie, Amoen, Jaheria and Minsc in the party with me as a barbarian. I can't seem to use Nalia's mage spells they seem to have been turned off? Why is this? Is it because Aerie in in the party as well?
    I also am looking for Yoshimo after I dropped him in th ecopper coronet. I expected him to stay there but h'es gone. Can I find him again?

    Nalia's spellcasting abilities depends on armor she is wearing.
    What armor does your Nalia wear right now ;)?

    She can't use any armor, just give her the robe of the good archmagi, which you can get in Trademeet, for 23.500 GP I think. It's a lot of money, but It's worth it, trust me.
    You can also give her bracers
    AC4 or AC3. Gives her a -3 AC or something.
    And cast Stoneskin, so you don't need armor.
    I don't know where Yoshimo might be.
    Probably telling where you are to his dirty friends. (If you're past chapter 5 (??), you'll understand this ;))

    Keep your eyes open for armor called "Elven Chain" it allows the user to wear it and cast spells at the same time. But if I told you where it was that would ruin all the fun :D I will narrow it down a little though, you being in chapter 3 can get some in Trademeet though...

    He, by the time I got that Elven chainmail, he was useless to me! In fact, Nalia's AC was already lower, it was -3 or something.
    She had the robe of the good archmagi and those bracers AC3. She also had the staff of the Magi, which gives you -2 additional AC, but she used the Gesen bow. But when she got in real trouble, she'd switch to the staff and have -3 AC, plus stoneskin...!
    And don't wait for that armor, I got it after Nalia was already level 14, and I got her as soon as I saw her...

    I usually get that armour in tradesmeet, at about level 10.. but thats prolly just me because i know which options to pick to get it.

    [​IMG] After I left him, I went back to look for Yoshimo in the main room in the Copper Coronet but couldn't find him. Does he wander in to any other of the rooms in the building?

    u no, yoshimo's probably dead wit the black heart and aerie is probably wearing armour.(i say becuz every1 else says it)anyways i think NCPs SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!
