    You can find a wand of Paralyzation in a chest, on the 2nd floor of the guarded compound (Temple district).

    I don't think there is a wand of Polymorphing in BG2 though.

    There is one wand of paralysation in Brynlaww island, up the stairs near Ginnia, in the secret container in the wall. Handy against pirates, no doubt.
