The Dwarf that forges weapons? When I first played the game, I found him by chance. Now I'm experienced, I can't even remember the district. I want to reconstruct the vorpal sword from the Githanki; I've got the two parts.

PS. What is the other part for that equal...gem (that blue round ball thingy). I remember Cromwell saying I could use it when I found him that first time.

 

Cromwell can be found in the docks, the south-east part that is. The gem you mention is a part of The Equalizer, a sword. The other parts can be found in the Underdark.

Doesn't it say in the manual where Cromwell is? If not, it certainly says on the loading screens between areas.

 

i want to add a lil question:

does cromwell also compile the gesen bow ?
(ofc i could test, but i am in shauginan city and i am anxious )

Yes, he makes a weapon of all the pieces scattered around. Once you find gesens bow and string, you get the bow.

 

Yes, Cromwell forges all the multiple-parts items (gesen bow, equalizer, wave halberd, vorpal sword, etc.) and the dragon-scale armors.

In the docks area, check your map. His house should be marked.

 

I can't remember if it's marked or not.

He's in the lowest building on the East side of the map. Second floor, door is on the right side of the place.
