I eat 1.5-2 times the servings of Total that they suggest... gives me 100% and a little more of 12 vitamins/minerals and a bit of protein.

Then I just complain until I get more food :p

Most of my energy comes from caffeinated soft drinks. But soft drinks in the morning= icky, so I usually drink some green tea in the morning instead.

Then, I drive (fast) with the windows down to really wake me up, and I get through the rest of the day with 4-7 cans of Vanilla Coke :p Not very healthy, but my body is so used to the caffeine that I get headaches without it.

What can I say...It's a miracle that I'm still alive with the amount of junk I eat and drink. I think my body has adjusted to it though. :rolling:

Just eating something during the day will do fine along with water. I can easily manage without food too but I'll definently feel more sharp if I have eaten properly.

    Soda is worthless.

I have passed the regular wake-ups stage. I now use an extra-strong variety, which I crush and dissolve in Jolt - the effect kicks in faster.

    It works... for now.

Same here. One day without caffeine and I'm stuck with a charming migraine.

    Geeze...what's next? Cocaine?

I too get headaches from lack of caffine...but not to the point where it's a migrane.

Speaking of caffine...it's gotten out of control. Besides the typical coffee, tea, soda, etc...now there's caffine in gum, mints, lollypops, plain water, a bar of soap, body wash, hair gel, and even lip balm!!! :rolling:

In one cup of (european, Americano in Italy) coffee there's 100 mg caffeine. It takes 5-7 hours in our body to half that amount, so no question about ones need for coffee. Surely caffeine in all the stuff you describes Kitrax can't be healty :)

    No.

I've seen one of my best friend destroying his life because of cocaine abuse. I'll never touch that crap.

Me and caffeine go a looooooooooooong way back. Back to the wonderful years as teenager, actually.

And the withdrawal headaches are NOT migraines... but let me describe you how bad they hurt: Let's say I take a sledgehammer and bash you on the head again and again and again.

I have withdraw sometimes, but nothing that bad. Most of my caffeine is from Coke and other various soft drinks. And tea. Tea is good :yum:

Well, nothing is a reliable energy booster for me, because I have to be very cautious about caffeine. Meanwhile I try the high protein, low carb approach, going for a walk, doing some stretching exercises.

Of course I am :geezer: so that explains a lot.
