There is a boat in the area north of the tower and the only thing I've been able to do with that one is take something (I can't remember what) off of the bow. The only other boat that I know of that is in the game is the one on Werewolf Island. It's referenced as Balduran's boat. That one you can explore and it has alot of stuff. Just be prepared to go there. BTW, it's an area added by TOTSC. I hope that helps.

The item that you can't remember was the "Ring of Folly" that you were fetching for a mad dwarf on the same map.

You probably forgot the Lower Lantern. It is probably not this "Boat of Bhaal" whatever that may be, but for the record, it is a boat you can enter. Strange, in a big dock like Baldur's Gate their is only one ship present.

Chances are they were all requisitioned by the navy and are sailing down to Amn. I think the closest to what you're thinking of is Balduran's ship which has already been mentioned.

There are two boats tin the game:

The one at the map north of the Lighthouse Area.... with the cursed Ring of Folly. Th eother one is the Tavern The Low Lantarn, in the map of South Baldur's Gate. This is a bad boat, there are courtesans here and gambling etc.... a real pleasure boat.....

[IMG] I forgot about the Low Lantern. I guess I think of it as part of Baldur's Gate
