Most emotional moment? (spoilers possible)

When the wizards first made off with Imoen. When Jan's lady love left him after we had saved her daughter (the only time I truly loved Jan. I get teary in that scene everytime). When Viconia finally warmed up to me. Watching the final movie (hahahahaha, bastard deserved it!)

 

I think it would have to be when my PC first transformed into the Slayer and happily slashed away at little Imoen - got me in a right panic!

 

Oh, there were so many emotional moments for me in BG2. Let's see, starting off when I found out that Khalid was dead. I swear, I almost cried because even though he was a wimp, I loved him. When Imoen was taken, I was not a happy camper, let me tell you. And there was the romance with Anomen, my hunny bunny when his sister died, that was rough, I was gonna cry on that one. And then getting Imoen back was fun, when I first turned into the Slayer, I was astounded. Oh yeah, and finally kicking Irenicus' bootay in Hell and the End movie, that rocked!!

 

My first time through, when Bodhi took Aerie.

The second night I spent with Viccy (when she doesn't insult you for it).

 

My first time trough, when i fought the Shadow dragon again and again for like an hour.

 

Most emotional moment?

Does being really upset/disappointed count?

I really thought the Tanner was evil and when I couldn't kill him the first time I was expecting a major boss type fight when I finally caught up to him again.

How..... dishearting. 14 XP!?!? That's less than the 64 for a normal skeleton! That's what you get for a kobald right? 14 XP... No items either...

On the Plus side:
The music/backgroud noise in the druid grove was awesome.
The Red Dragon meeting (he's not dead yet) was intimidating.
Shade Lord Place was creepy...

You definately got a point on the background music for Druid Grove, it's great
Call me a sucker, but I like the background music for Jaheira's romance as well.

 

Definatly the betrayal of Yoshimo, I felt a realy strong surge of hatred for him when he betrayed me, but felt kinda sorry for him when we fought.

Also when I found Khalid's body, he was one of my favorite characters.

Killing my first dragon...

 

I don't know what's happening to me but i play the game like a movie,
-When fighting with Firkraag first time with the effect of background music i remember that i cried "THIS ROX"

 

A very emotional moment was when I killed my first dragon. It was the shadow dragon. Edwin casting spells while my cavalier hacks the dragon with the sword of chaos.

But the most emotional was when i finally killed Firkraag with my solo kensai (without any fake talking or other cheese). What a wonderful feeling when Firkraag finally died after more than a hour of trying!

 

I think killing Firkraag for the first time was my most immotional moment. It all just added up perfectley, the music, my inexperienced 10th level party, the whole "so what if you're a dragon" thing...
Plus the great rewards

 

Also at the end where you party gives you their undieing loyalty. And their battle cries when going after Irenicus

 

"Boo will finish his eyeballs once and for all, so that he will not rise again. Evil, meet my sword. SWORD, MEET EVIIIIIIL!"

Classic.

my top three are:

-finding Khalid's body, that was a shocker. I never thought of him as being a wuss, he was one of the NPC's I always took with me in BG1

- Aerie's romance background music. reminds me of flying

- killing Irenicus at Suldenesselar, and being all "whahahaha! go me! I WIN!!" and then...."Wait a sec, isn't the game supposed to be over? Where am I? Hold on...I have to fight this mofo AGAIN?!"

 

I seem to always solo, and the most emotional time for me is telling my 3 friends in the beging dungeon thaat we should try to get out seperately. "Boo needs to know, do you want us to leave the group."
How about when Jahera finds Kalid? I felt very sorry for her. She really loved the little guy.

 

My first time through it was probably when Yoshimo betrayed me. But even though he betrayed me I couldn't not forget him and still took his heart to a temple of Ilmater,on a side note,does anyone else think it ironic that he worships Ilmater? Seeing as Ilmater is the pain bearer and all that good stuff.

But now the thing that gets me every time, no matter how many times I go through it, is the Imoen Romance (still one of the best mods I ever played for any game). It nearly moves me to tears every time.

 

One thing that really gets to me all the time is Saemon Havarian, I really really hate that dude. Everytime the ship get boarded by the Sahugin and Gith I spend all my resources on trying to kill freaking Seamon Havarian...

 

For me, the entire Anomen romance was truly emotional experience... and when he was either accepted or rejected by the Order... well, let's just say that I had tears in my eyes.

Also, the dragon-slaying was such a cool experienmce that I was high for HOURS after I got Firkaag killed.

(Anomen, Arthas, other annoying paladins... why DO I like them?)

 

Most emotional? the first time I've played the games (BG1, TotSC, BG2, ToB) without any spoilers or help. A magical experience that unfortunatly you can only have once. Also everytime I tried to have an evil game and turned down Minsc. Nomatter what version of the game I've played, I dumped him, played on for a few minutes, stopped, created a new game a played 'good' again, just so I could keep him in the party for the entire time.

 

The moment before going down to face Irenicus for the second time in Suldanesselar, when you speak with each party member and they say some really movie speaches; and (surely...this is the most emotional part of the game) when all are drowned to Hell!!! Jaheira (my love, my life..she's who I'd love to know personally in my real life) really speaks as a movie star in love and Viconia show herself to be a trustful and kind (and extremely beautiful) drow!
