[IMG] First off I have downloaded and got the patch for the darkest day. However not all of the new kits are available. Where are they? Also when you reach the top level with a samurai he has 2 skill points that are not able to be put anywhere. That means you can't get the lvl and can only return. How can I fix this? If I

One last thing......This is really cheap but that is just me. Does anyone have a weidu mod that removes the pause between casting spells? Much appreciated!

EDIT: Bump come on people plz.

I posted this in a topic almost 2 days ago. No one has even read it. :(

I think the main reason few have read this and fewer have responded is because The Darkest Day is probably the most extravegant, poorly-thought out and buggy large-scale mod in existance for BG2 and, thus, few of us play it. I've played through it myself a few times, but never kept it installed for long. The kits alone range from pointless to unbelievably overpowered, and don't get me started on the quests. Anyway...

A quick fix for your Samurai problem would be to use Shadowkeeper to erase the weapon proficiencies you already have, so that when you level up, you can select them all over again and continue on. Problem is you'll have to do this now every time you receive a new proficiency from leveling - an obvious flaw the mod's designer didn't bother taking into account when making the kit's nonsensical weapon restrictions.

As for your second problem (the "cheap" one) - I don't believe a mod currently exists for that. I suppose someone could create an item that makes a character permenantly under the effects of an "improved alacrity" spell, but I think most modmakers would find such an item so cheesy you'd be hardpressed to locate such a mod if it exists. I suppose you can put in a mod request here and see if someone is willing to make it for you. You'd have to start a new thread for it.

I'm afraid I can't help with this one. I've no experience with TDD, nor would I want any due to the numerous bugs.

[IMG] _Irenicus_, I've closed your original thread since you have duplicated it here. I suggest you go read the forum rules you've agreed to follow upon registration right away: http://www.sorcerers.net/ubb/rules.htm

Specifically, rule #18 refers to what you have done. If no one responds to your thread, it is because no one can help you, obviously. You can bump a thread after 24 hours if no one replies to your issue. Next time, do so, and don't duplicate threads.
