Need help with a couple of problems

    I'll just get into it directly, shall I?

    Firstly, I'm unable to check my mail! In the sense, I can log in and everything, but whenever I try to delete any mail, open it, or move it to a different folder etc, it doesn't work. Everything else is working perfectly fine, I can browse normally, post messages on forums, download stuff etc...just my E-mail refuses to open! I'm using Yahoo and Hotmail btw, and both don't work.

    Also, I recently un-installed Winamp 5 because it kept giving "Illegal Error" messages, and wouldn't play anything. Incidentally, the same problem is plaguing me with Windows Media Player.
    I've got Winamp 2.7 now, (old is gold) but now I can't associate my MP3 files with Winamp!! How do I do that?

    I had this problem with Yahoo mail and IE6, but I then downloaded Firefox and I can now check my mail and browsing is also faster!

    You could try the following to repair a few things.

    and also Spybots advanced utilities are also good.

    [​IMG] In Winamp, go to Preferences, then General Preferences/File Types and select the file types you want, then tick off Restore file associations at Winamp start-up.

    Im i have a question. i cant get into the chatrooms for sp. what do i do? whenever i try to get in, the security thing doesnt come up and instead of the chat screen, it just has a red cross in the top left hand corner.
