Aesgareth is caught in a loop

    When I enter the last area of WK level 3 Aesgareth gives his little speech ( Ah a Prime...") and everybody gets 10.000 XP. When I then have a character talk to him, he repeats the same dialogue and everybody gets 10.000 XP again- nice, but it doesn't lead me anywhere. Reloading, leaving/entering the area again or doing fancy stuff- nothing motivates him to propose that gambling game of his. Is there a way to break him out of this loop, maybe a console command or something? It doesn't seem to be a very common bug, at least the search function didn't find anything.
    Current set-up: SOA,ToB+ latest patch, G3Fixpack V6, UB, Ascension, RR, QP, SCS2, TweakPack

    I know I could just fight him but Jaheira really wants a better weapon:)
