Problems with Viconia Romance...

    Greetings everyone!

    This has probably been posted before, but after checking in more than 20 pages of topics, searching for something that could help me, I decided it would probably be better to simply register and ask the question myself :)

    So:

    I started playing ToB today (for the first time, although I've been a BG-fan for several years). My entire party is "exported", due to having finished the SoA-saga earlier this week, and my problem is: I don't seem to be able to get a romance going with Viconia! :(

    I really want the romance to take place, because of her aligment-change and all, but it doesn't seem like it will happen.

    Currently I just killed Yaga-Shura, but the discussion about "the carnage, etc", never occured, and I don't think I've had a single romance-talk with Viconia during the whole ToB-event so far, wich is odd. (the FAQs says that the romances start-over in ToB right, so IF I did something wrong in SoA, it shouldn't matter right?)

    So, from the start of ToB to the death of Yaga-Shura, my protagist haven't had a single discussion with Viconia, (although Viconia herself has given some "dark and drowish" proposals to Sarevok, wich he refused).

    My party as such: Protagist (Chaotic Good, Half-Orc Berserker), Sarevok, Minsc, Viconia, Aerie, Imoen.
    My reputation has never been higher than 18. Could it be that I'm a half-orc?

    Any help is greatly appriciated, or if there's any codes or such to start a romance, I would be really happy.
    I've tried ctrl-I to provoke discussions, but it doesn't seem to work at all. :(

    Edit: Wich also reminded me, I haven't had a single discussion with Sarevok either, and it doesn't bode well for the aligmentchange(?).
    I didn't ask him to swear the oath, and he has yet to discuss something with me. Or maybe he's just slow-minded?

    If I'm not mistaken, half-orcs don't get any romance options unless you install a fix

    Half Orcs are supposed to be able to romance Viccy but it wasn't implemented correctly, you need a fix as mentioned. Also with a high reputation Viccy may easily leave if you aren't that far in the romance initially.

    CTRL+I does NOT induce the next conversation

    Ahh I see...is there a quick way of solving this, or should I just create a "new" protagonist and copy everyones items?
    (so after a hours work, everyone will have the same items, except I will be "human" instead of "half-orc" :rolleyes: )

    There are a few romance guides here on the boards. Looks for an explaination of the different global commands you can alter to preceed with the romance.

    Bah, the Drow insisted with her futile attempts to not fall in love with "me", so I had to do some divine manipulating.

    (Atleast after this, "Gorion" summoned her wraith-brother in the temple-glade)
