Bodhi stood me up!?!

Hmm I need guidance on this one, I'm in chap 2, I have an evil party, have 27,000 gold and met messengers from both Bodhi and the Thieves. I did Haer'Dalis' quest to get him into the party before going to see Bodhi. Now I'm ready to join with the vamps, but no Bodhi. I've been there at night, in fact all night (yawn), Edwin was yappin about a Nether scroll so we got that, we cleared all the tombs for loot, and still no Bodhi. In my good game, I didn't mean to meet with Bodhi and I did, and rejected her of course. Now when I want to join she doesn't show. The only dealings we've had with the Thieves is Mae'Var's quest and that was to get Edwin. Our rep is 7. For goodness sake where is Bodhi?

 

Well she's in the crypts of the Graveyard-district But you can't really join her I think. I even ask if you can reach her, for normally you have to pay the 15000 gold to get an appointment with Aran Lindval and after doing 1 other quests for him, he will let you go to the Graveyard District were a mage has to open a door you can't open. So I don't know if you open the door and go to her en I doubt if you can join her, do you realy think she will let her worst enemies join the guild?

 

Are you sure you looked everywhere for her? She normally waits by the north west entrance to the catacombs.

BTW Headbanger - You can join Bhodi - You still have to pay 15,000 and you get similar quests (but against the Shadowthievs), and at the end she betrays you.

 

I think you cant find her because you payed the 15,000 to the shadow thieves and not her.

 

No I have not payed the Theives anything, I've never even seen Aran Linvail in this game, I can't I don't have the key. Yeah I checked the whole graveyard up and down. In my last game she came to me as soon as I entered the graveyard. I've been leaving the graveyard and coming back but still no sign of her. I've tried on two different nights now, I wonder if Edwin's nether scroll speech which happened right when Bodhi should've appeared, messed things up. But usually in the past these conversations stack, i.e. Bodhi would appear after Edwin is finished talking.

 

if you turned her down once, or told her messanger off, its over, you cant do it that way... gotta take the theives.

 

Hmmm yes well I wasn't exactly the nicest person to the messenger I was just playing my role, and I thought well she's just a messenger. So that's probably what happened. Oh well, I guess I will join the Thieves only to turn traitor on them in Chapter 6 Hey it's tough being an honest bad guy these days.
