[IMG] First,I have installed The Darkest Day mod v1.0.0,which may be the problem but..In chapter 3,when I was performing Bhodi's quest,
and attacked Aran Linvail,I encountered a problem with the cursor of the mouse. You see, when I order
the party to go somewhere or take any kind of action,2 of the characters(Jaheira & Viconia)
act like never given the order and stand stiil.
Sometimes they are starting executing the order and then stop. This is very irritating. Is there any patch that could solve this?
Its more likeky that the bug is caused due to the
the early(1.0.0) version of the modification that I have. So,do these saves from this version "stuck"(are compatible) with the latest version,so that I can unistall the old and install the new one?

The stuttering isn't an error with the mouse. It's usually an error with the scripts.

However I've not used the mod so cannot really say if it is anything to do with it. Just check for updates often and any patches for it. Hopefully they will help with it.

Otherwise there's nothing I can think of

I think your stutter bug is probably a result of the mod, yes. TDD v1.0 is very old and very buggy. I'd advise updating to the newest version if you really want to use the mod (which I'd not recommend). The newest version is a WeiDU edition of it, supported at http://www.forgottenwars.net .

As for updating... I don't know that the old version has a working uninstaller so you might need to reinstall the entire game to update to the WeiDU version. Again because it's old I can't guarantee what would happen to your saved game.

There are many high quality mods around for the game, so TDD is not all there is. Check out http://modlist.pocketplane.net for a comprehensive list. :) And don't install anything non-WeiDU.

The answer is you should use the newer, WeiDU version of the mod if you really want to play TDD. The site has moved in the last year, though, and the new url is http://www.spellholdstudios.net
