I'm currently playing an evil fighter/thief. After exposing Mae'var and clearing out Nalia's keep, it seems that I now possess two strongholds. My question is, who else has done this? Are there any conflicts? Being evil, I killed Nalia's aunt (happy to finally put her out of my misery), and threatened Nalia's lead servant (his name escapes me), by telling him to run and run fast before I killed him myself. That was just an afterthought - I'm enjoying my first jaunt ever as an evil character.

P.S. What's the trick to triggering a romance with Viconia?

He's a rival of Renal Bloodscalp that's been getting a bit too greedy and you're sent out to kill him. He can be found in a building in the Docks. I believe the house is marked Mae'Var's Guildhall...

My kensai/mage has both the Sphere and Nalia's keep. So far there were no problems with having both, the only problem seems to appear when u acquire your second stronghold. In my case I didn't get the sphere quest experience and got the stronghold in the opposite way mages supposed to get, i.e by NOT taking Lavok outside. There were also posts of people not getting money while getting Nalia's keep. So, if u didn't have any of this kind of problems just enjoy what u have :)

Multiple strongholds are somehow weird - sometimes the order in which you get them doesn´t matter, sometimes it does.

My kensai thief had both the thieves-guild and the de´Arnise stronghold without any problems. My kensai-mage had to do the Planar Sphere FIRST to get the de´Arnise Keep too (I actually had to reload my game :( )

Ha, right on. This is going to be cool. If the thieves of my guild can't make enough money to keep my superiors happy, I'll pay for it with my tax income. How's that for a redistribution of funds? This whole evil deal is becoming more fun than I had anticipated.

[IMG] I've gone through the game once with each of the three ethics: good, neutral and evil. Evil can be fun although the game is weighted against it. Do the Mafia bit (donate to church) if your rep gets low. Oh, and try this with an evil mage: collect all the NPC's in your stronghold, pose them and then petrify them. Heh, heh.
