    Hi all,

    Ok, when I double click on the bg2.exe executable, it comes up with the traditional screen, asking if I want to play, update, configure, look at demos, etc., but when I click on play, it says "Since this is the first time you've played bg2....." when it is *not* my first time. Any way around this? I thought a command line might be able to shirk this annoying thing..

    my suggestion would be double clicking on the "bgconfig.exe" and doing all that then clicking the other one.

    You could also start the program BGMain.exe, that will start the game directly, instead of all that other stuff
