    [IMG] Hi all,

I was curious to see if anyone else has encountered this problem. In BGII I right click on a position for my characters to move to and after I release the button the markers jump over about 1/2" (this makes it very difficult to accurately setup my strategic postions). However, when selecting moving just 1 character the marker is fine.

In BGI, ToSC, IWD and HoW I do not have this problem.

    My system is:

    ASUS CUSL II mother board
    Matrox G450 video card
    256/133 RAM
    ..and CDROM, 3.5, etc.

Thanks in advance for any ideas :)

If you right click, you can rotate the orientation.

I have the same problem, whenever you let go of the right mouse button to rotate your formation it moves a little bit from where you wanted it. I wonder if its a bug.

[IMG] Recoil Suave, do you have a Matrox video card in your computer? My BGII has this same problem on 3 different computers (one at home, one at work, and my second home computer), they all have a Matrox video card in them. Also, do you have BGI, ToSC, IWD or HoW? Like I mentioned in my original post, BGII is the only one with the problem. Thanks for your reply :)

seems to me that right-click allows rotation of a character and the thing ye encounter is a matter of mouse, not videocard or else

[IMG] I think it's because the cursor denotes the "average" location of the front of the party, which is why when you release the button the location markers cluster around the cursor.
    That's my guess anyway.

[IMG] When you say rotate, do you mean change the direction the characters face? A stupid question probably, but I've just never tried it.

Orkrist the Cleaver, when you select all your party you can assign a formation in which they will place themselves, furthermore, when you use right-mouse-click-and-hold you can rotate the entire formation. When you release the mouse-right-button your party will move to the new rotated position. :)
