So , where is that Woman ???

I know who you mean, there is a female thief on a small docking platform in the south west part of the docks (almost opposite the Harpers guild). You have to go down some stairs to a little jetty almost on the water itself. Also, she only comes out at night (your journal should say something about meeting her after dark). I had to find things to amuse myself during the day waiting for it to get dark. Then I found her no problems.

    Hope this helps.

Yeah her name is mook but I'm not sure who this guy's really lookin for. Mook or Mae'Var since both are somehow one of the first missions for the shadow thieves

ForJa appears to be looking for Mook, but has the spanish version of BG2 so Mook=Muk. Slappy is correct as to the location & time.

You have to make sure that you rest in the Inn 'IN' the Docks district because she wont be there otherwise. I went galvanting to other areas, returned at night and she was not there. After I rested in the Sea Bounty (?) she was.

Yeah, parvini, same here. It was a bitch looking for her. I must've gone back and forth to the docks area like 5 times, til I rested in Sea's bounty. btw anyone, is there any way that you can get free rent or something by threatening to expose the innkeeper of harboring pirates? There was something like it in IWD... ;)

Is there a difference in the Peasant rest and Royal one? I have it set to rest until healing so there is no big deal.

The difference is in cost and the HP restored.

Peasant = 1GP & 1 HP restored, whilst a royal room costs a little more and returns a few more HP. If you rest until healed I think it's immaterial.
