    I just need a list of the dragons, their names, and any dragon parts associated with them.

    Here's what I have so far, including the ones in TOB

    Jierdan Firkraag - Red Dragon - Red Dragon Scales
    Thaxll'ssyllia - Shadow Dragon - Shadow Dragon Scales
    Adalon - Silver Dragon - Dragon Eggs, Silver Dragon Blood
    Nizidramanii'yt - Black Dragon - N/A
    Dragon - Hell - Red or Brown* - N/A

    Abazigal - Blue Dragon - Blue Dragon Scales

    Nizi is a black dragon, I don't think it has any dragon parts associated with it. You've also left out the dragon you can fight in hell at the very end of SoA (one of the trials), but I don't know anything about that one as I usually go the "good" route and don't fight it.

    Draconis is a Brown Dragon actually, but in different mods has different abilities, even his Breath damage is sometimes changed to include Magical damage (from what I've heard), but still always deals Acid damage as well.

    The one in Hell is either a Brown or Green (poisonous) dragon if your PC follows the evil path in the Pride trial.

    There are 2 more dragons which you missed - the ones inside Watcher's Keep. Saladrex is a Red Dragon, much like Firkraag but smarter. He drops no Red Dragon Scales in the vanilla game, although some mods add this item to his inventory.

    There is also a Green Dragon (poisonous) on the 5th level of Watcher's keep, which has some treasures, but no scales are dropped after his defeat.

    Edit: there are many mods which add different Dragons to different areas, most of those dragons are incredibly powerful, sometimes joining the fight in pairs or even 3 at one time.
