    If you're talking about a romance with the protagonist, then I'd have to agree with those who said Minsc.

    If you mean between any two NPCs, then my vote goes for Korgan and Mazzy. Or maybe Valygar and Mazzy, considering their squire-knight relationship.

    I found the Viconia Romance pretty funny :)

    Otherwise a love triangle with Edwin, Korgan and Viconia would probably be funny as well. :)

    The funniest between NPC's would have to be Viconia and Jan. (Just imagine their conversations). The funniest romance with the protagonist would be with Korgan, Edwin or Mazzy. The funniest romance involving the protagonist and not the NPC's that can join your company, would be with Adalon (but that would only work if you were a talking donkey...)

    I'd say Haer'Dalis, it would be really interesting as he's Chaotic Neutral, and therefore prone to do/say Anything.

    How about Edwin/Viconia, his failiure in hitting on her made me laugh!!
