I know this has been asked a thousand times. Could someone give me step-by-step instructions on how to change my NPC portraits? I have downloaded a few new ones (even found Playboy ones :D )

    Resizing

[IMG] OK, I got all I need, but I resized a few pics of my own, and some work, some don't. They are all the same size, around the same Mbs, but the same type of pics will sometimes work for Small, or they will work for Large, but not both, and some won't work for either.

And I did resize for L "110x170" and S "38x60", with no more than 7 letters, then L or S at the end. Ex: AdamL / AdamS. and they are all .bitmap.

By not working do you mean that they are distorted? Or do you mean that they don't show in game? The best way is to resize them while conserving the original ratio (length/width) and crop so they fit the 110 by 170 limit. If you haven't checked yet, you can find many portraits here.
