I agree with both of you about Most doctors, but once again you are generalizing. To say that one particular character class is like that is to play off sterotypes once again. I mean, it would be sad if you never have met a doctor that puts care for others in front of money. I have, and that is the doctor I have stayed with.

[IMG] Yeah, and I suppose that curches of all religons must suck because the spend sooo much money on beautiful catherdrals and masques?

And your right. Paladins would be sooo much better at defending the poor if they were slughtered because the wore only a tunic and were armed with only a sharpend stick.

I don't think you have a valid arguement, besides.... IT IS ONLY A GAME!!!

My apologies to you, EternalPaladin and all doctors out there. I admit I WAS generalizing about doctors and that was not a fair comment.

I was just trying to draw a parallel to make the point which Wraith Blackthorne so eloquently quoted in his second paragraph. ;)

What's the point in even trying to help a peasant who's got whatever problem when you're off killing a dragon, which w/ like the Shadow Dragon hasn't done anything really to harm the innocent or whatever.

Paladins are more concerned with thereselves and there church's advancement rather than the societies.

A paladin is nothing, he alone does not exsist. In both the game and in pen and paper It's how you paly him that makes him real.

If you want to paly your paladin as a puppet of the church, then that's your proagative. It's absurd to making sweeping streotypes of a character class.

Soul fly, have you ever palyed pen and paper D&D? You seem a very intelligent person and your concern for the down-trodden is commendable, but I would like to know what you base you view on the class in debate on.

I am sorry if I sound a little snooty, I am not meaning to throw punches. I really wouldllike to hear your point of view.

Ganz, don't worry about it. I understand now, and now that I look back on what you said, I have to laugh at myself for my mistake. So I too apologize.

To Wraith, thanks for summing up what I have been trying to say all along in a few lines. That also makes me laugh at myself.

    Good Luck gaming everyone.
