[IMG] Does anyone know how long you have to wait by the Blade and Stars Inn for Narlen when doing the rogue stone quest?

I have been there (alone - but not helpless)and had the little cut scene to tell me it was dusk but he didn't show up !

In the end I went into the house and took the Stone but when I went bach to the Guild he wasn't there.

    Any thoughts?

Heh heh heh. You actually waited all that time? Find and inn and try again next night, sometimes he doesn't appear.

Bet you enjoyed that little chuckle
    Yes I waited.
I left the game running from 5 in the morning (game time). When I returned, it was midnight and......he was there!.
My thief was happy. She thought she had been stood up again !!
Anyway, I went to the house with just my thief this time. She wasn't going to be able to kill him alone easily, so she took the wand of sleep thinking "that'll show him".
He, of course saved against the wand so I had to run around the table shooting arrows of biting at him (what a laugh).Thank Helm for the boots of speed !
Killed him eventually.Took his Stone, sword money and 1200xp........which was nice!
Cheers for the reply.Of course I was going to try your way next :shake:

It seems to me that you was just too late... (5 o clock in the morning is too late)... he told you to come to the inn at midnight..... Next time you can just do other quests anmd get some sleep.... and visit the in around 12 o clock in the night.
