Got some questions concerning the items in the game:

What is enchantment on Crom Faeyr?

Celestial Fury still viable in ToB (having a "mere" +3 enchantment)?

Should I Dual-wield Crom Faeyr and Runehammer or use Crom Faeyr plus a Shield (on a berserker/cleric)?

What 2-handed weapon should Sarevok use?

Or should he perhaps dual wield? And what?

Crom Faeyr has the +5 enchantment AFAIK.

Celestial Fury will not be able to touch big bosses in ToB. For standart creatures it is quite effective.

The best dual wield combo is Flail of Ages+5 and Crom Faeyr. FoA is the best weapon in the game, and dual wielled Crom Faeyr's massive STR bonus make it even more deadly and effective against pretty much anything not protected from magical weapons. You can kill anything with FoA, its massive elemental damages get through stoneskins and it can slow down anything without a save. :thumb:

Ravager+6 is the best two hander in the game, not only it has the rare +6 enhantment, good bonus damage, it also has the nasty ability to kill a victim instantly with no saving throw allowed. Add Sarevok's death bringer assaults and it is a bloody massacree. Until you can get it though, use Sarevok's Grand Mastery with the 2h swords. If you have the true grand mastery patch it is very powerful (+1 more attack/per round) use Silversword for decapitating enemies or Psion'sblade offers good mental defense. Get 5 stars in halberds to reach Grandmastery and Ravager&Sarevok combo will be the deadliest and scariest in the realms.

Silverstar's advice is spot on. There isn't an awful lot that can be added, other than to confirm Crom Faeyr is indeed +5 and to advise dual-wielding during ToB. At this stage of the game the important enemies will be hitting you regardless of whether you are carrying a shield or not. Dual-wielding increases your damage output so you take them down sooner and thus decrease the time they have to hurt you in return.

I followed you advice. Ravager is amazing when the decapitation kicks in, Sarevok obviously likes it (I guess that's the reason for his evil laugh), but he must add that last point for grand mastery. The PC is still using Runehammer +5 and Crom Faeyr (flail only +4 atm, and it just looks so cool). My third fighter, Korgan, changed from Massive Greataxe of Flame to Axe of the unyielding + shield. It lowers the damage but the vorpal hits even the field. At this point I must say that ToB is really spamming these upgrade recepies a bit too much. In SoA bringing stuff to Cromwell and creating that shiny-one was something special and it always included slaying something very strong or at least going through the underdark. In ToB you really feel like a stupid consumer, always on the lookout for the next piece for that sword you won't use, because there are 4 similar ones, and you can't decide which to use, so you use a vanilla +3 one instead :)

There are four +6 weapons in the game -- all are two handed weapons. The +6 weapons blow through nearly all magic protections including Absolute Immunity.

Having two or more characters with +6 weapons is quite helpful later in the game. For dual wielding I prefer the Axe of the Unyielding -- although someone is always wielding the Flail of Ages in my parties as well.
