[IMG] I downloaded Shadow Keeper to get the Golden Pantaloons that I forgot to get in BG. I not much of a cheater because it ruins the game, but I've noiced in one of the sub-section (I think its variables or some like that) there's a 6 or 7 digit number beside some of the items in the list. I think it's a timer for things to happen.

My question is, if it's a timer is it in real time or game time, of am I just completely wrong?

    Thanks for the info.

[IMG] I'm not quite sure, but I really don't think there is a timer for something like the pantaloons. I'd guess the numbers are to keep track of the "quest" in question.

If you want I can put up legitimate saves where I have the two pantaloons from BG1 and BG2:SoA on my elven female F/M and you can play on from there.

Donovan Bane, the pantaloons are used in ToB, so no need to worry about it.

(Unless you have ToB and are posting on the wrong forum :toofar: )

Thanks Earl, but I'll stick with my dude.

What I was trying to say is that on some items like romances, party members joining, or certain people talking, there's a number next to them that changes with the event happens. I've notice on romances it seems to be the time the party member talks to the PC. If that is true is it a timer in real time or game time?

    Thanks

[IMG] I know there is a real time timer for some, if not all, romances.

[IMG] Items don't have timers on them, the only way any timer counts on them is if you leave them on the ground and they disappear

The numbers beside the items I'll investigate ;)
Expect a report in about ten minutes

I'm not explaining this very well. It's not items I'm talking about, it's the list of things in the global varaible tab.

Are you talking about the Values of the Global Variables?

the six/seven numbred ones, most of them are timers - some are IG and some are RL (Most are unimportant after a certain time)

Some aren't timers but checkcodes that I don't know how to use yet, learning fast though!
Checkcodes have numbers to check for things such as race, gender, class ect.

That's what I'm talking about. So it's a mix of real and game time.

    Thanks 8people

You may not see the clocks from the console either. Only the "alarms", just as from the ShadowCheater. But then again you may use Near Infinity for that too. But why am I posting this anyway? *sigh*
