ok, so as I mentioned here:
    http://www.sorcerers.net/forums/showthread.php?p=739606#post739606

I created this new topic in response to:
because I still have this problem [tried all that you said before asking here :/]

    in response to:
Well i do reaserch before posting cuz I use forums a lot and I know how it works ;p and btw it's 'he'.

    ----

So, the problem is still there I have no idea how can I fix this or anything.
Well I guess that this can be Windows 7 problem [cuz BG2 is kinda old...] or maybe that I have Polish version or not exactly correct version in terms of updates?

    oh and it's w7 32bit.

Hmm, it gives the UNIX error 20 (directory not found) when doing a stat on the file "SamuraiKit/SPIN938.SPL". Does that folder exist, with the file SPIN938.SPL in your BG2 folder?

hmm true, now when I checked, i do not have this file O_o
what I've got in "(...)\BG2\SamuraiKit\" is:
    SPIN935.SPL
    SPIN936.SPL
    SPIN937.SPL
    SPINsam.SPL

folder backup\0\ with "DELETE ME!" with no extension.

and folder Samurai\ with "Samurai.2DA" file in it. huh.

again, I downloaded this Kit from sorcerers ;p

Okay, so I'm stumped now too. There is an email address in the error, have you tried contacting him?

nah I assumed that this kit is kinda old, and the creator
    1) does not use this adress anymore
    2) have a new one,
since you get lots and lots of spam on yahoo...
as you mentioned it, i'll try sending him an e-mail now.

    edit:

well just as I predicted, following e-mail does not exist.
