    That's why I will not post 6/27/1950 - Truman orders US troops into Korea. Not sure how historically relevant that is to most members and is more likely to spark snarky debate than light-hearted commentary.

    Instead, I will post:

    6/27/1977 - US Supreme court decides in a 5-4 vote to allow lawyers to advertise. So now, when you see those dumbass 1-800-bad-back adverts, you know exactly where it started and who to blame. :p
