Need help importing game?

    K guys ill make this short and simple, i just finished soa and i was looking to import my chars into tob. A few things happened. First when i clicked tob a message appeared saying something on the lines of (No disk in drive please insert expansion disk). I ended up right clicking on the tob shortcut and ran it as admin which seemed to have got me past the message. However now when i try to import my game it's completely empty!. What gives?. Boo misses me and i must please him =(.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I let the game handle it automatically. As I recall, defeating JI caused a cut-scene and the ToB part to start. Party wound up in the Forest no problems. I installed ToB at the same time as SoA.
    If you want to change your party line up for ToB, you can go multiplayer temporarily in the Forest with all the stone heads. It is a simple matter of moving a save game file between the mpsave and save directories.

    You started the BGII game that your computer registry has logged as the "installed game", what you need to do is just start the game from the BGMain.exe that's in your real game directory(as you have probably copied the game to another location) while the ToB(Play CD) is in a drive, or from the quick icon made from it. And remember to make sure that the baldur.ini file in the game folder point to the correct location in the [Alias] ...
