[IMG] I'm starting a new game with a fighter that I'm going to dual into a mage fairly quick into the game.

My question is if I talk to Nalia in the Copper Coronet after I've dualled to a mage (so now I'm a mage only)... will I still get the stronghold as long as I become a fighter/mage before I talk to her again after the keep quest is done.

I thought I read somewhere that you have to be a fighter when you first talk to her.

No, you will not be able to claim the D'Arnaise Keep as your stronghold. I am not certain what preference is given to dual/multi classed characters in the the keep assignments, but, technically, your character is not dual classed right now.

I'm not sure if I understand. Do I need to be a fighter when I first talk to her in the Coronet... or do I need to be a fighter by the time I talk to her again after clearing out the keep.

[IMG] I'm pretty sure as long as you don't finish the de'Arnise quest - but of course you must have started it - you can get the wizard stronghold and then go finish the de'Arnise quest which will give you both strongholds. It's hardly worth it IMHO, you could easily edit the game file instead.
Not that it matters, since the fighter stronghold doesn't make you any stronger, but getting two strongholds is a bug/glitch. IMO the only good reason for getting more than one stronghold per game is so that you can experience them without having to play one game for each stronghold and in that case why not just edit a game file?

Oh yeah, I believe you need to be a fighter when you first talk to Nalia.
