I now have Anomen, Aerie, Jaheira, my fighter/thief multiclass, Minsc and Yoshimo. I want to ditch Minsc and Yoshimo and get Keldorn. So, I need second mage. I feel Nalia and Jan are redundant, Edwin is evil, others are either evil or divine casters or both. Neera fits, but I dislike wild magic and think is awful.

    Suggestions?

You could just pick whichever you like best and swap them out for Imoen when you get to spellhold, she's alright to have as a mage.
Though i prefer takign along Edwin if i play a party that is okay with evil members, when i'm not i usually prefer to take along Jan - he might have overlap with your main character a bit since he also has thief levels, but you could choose to have him focus in the thieving skills you wont be using yourself quite often - you'll probably want to focus on Hide in shadows/traps with your main, so putting points into pickpocket/lockpicking with jan is a good idea.

What about Haer Dalis. He is blade, isn't he not? And has spells, no?

If you are playing unmodded as indicated, a bard is a very gimped caster and IMO is not suitable if your only other caster is Aerie, who is a multi-class. He would be perfectly fine as support for a full on mage.

A bard is fine in BG1 because you never get to the spell levels that are not available to the class. The same does not hold true in BG2 and you are going to be way behind in access to high level spells with Aerie because she is multi-class.

Nalia isn't too redundant in your party. 4? levels of thief isn't a major investment -- think of her as a single class mage that can use shortbows. The couple thousand xp you lose to her thief levels won't impact her progression in a significant way.
