Question on worth of leather +1

Hi it seems my studded leather (no plus) is better than leather +1 because it's the same AC generally and (can't remember exact) but I think it's better against some types of damages.

But am I missing something because enchanted leather +1 is worth 500 gp and studded leather no more than 10 gp. So it seems leather +1 is worth more to my party as a gold boost right? Is the only benefit if a class/kit can't wear mundane studded?

 

Sell it unless you have a character that cannot wear studded leather but could wear leather.

Standard armor is generally better if you get the same AC because you can combine it with something like a ring or cloak of protection. Magic armor does have an additional benefit in that it tends to weigh a lot less which is not so useful with leather but it can be important with plate type armor as low str characters can wear the magic plate and still be able to carry stuff while standard armor may take up all of their carry space.
