Hi, I’m new to the forum but I’ve been playing cRPG especially Baldur’s Gate series a lot in the past. Recently completed PS:T EE on my iPad. But I had the old classic combo for pc (BG, PS:T, IWD, Temple of Elemental Evil) that I never used. Would like to start it up but edit certain characteristics so I don’t have to start so slow. Figured the savegame editor would do the job but for some reason when I try to run the application, it won’t work. I’ve downloaded all of the ones and tried them to no avail. The readme didn’t provide any guidance. I’ve run them in compatibility mode and still no dice. My computer is newer (windows 10), so not sure if that could also be the issue. I’m not the most computer savvy, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The only one I got working was the "Tome 'o Cheets" found here:

That said, except for Wisdom and Intelligence, you don't need to make your stats too high. You get regular boosts at level up. If anything, I'd just make average stats on character creation, then boost strength (carrying capacity), intelligence, and wisdom (dialog options, the key to success) to 18, and level up the rest normally prioritizing CHA.

I'm unfamiliar with the package you have, especially since Temple of Elemental Evil has nothing to do with the others besides being a Dungeons and Dragons game. The Baldur's Gate games, Icewind Dale games, and Planescape Torment are all infinity Engine games put out by Black Isle Studio. Neverwinter Nights was the successor.
Heck, ToEE has more in common with Pool of Radiance:Ruins of Myth Dranor than with the IE games.

In any case, the package you have matters only in that I don't know if you are trying to use the new Enhanced Edition (EE version) of PST or the original. I cannot help you with the EE, only the almost-20 year old original.
Some of the editors and stuff might not work with EE due to the changes. I know nothing of the details on said changes. Sorry.

    Thanks. I’ll try that one.
