Why don't mass shooters target robocall centers or something useful?

Not sure if this belongs here or in "jokey posties".
Why can't we for once hear that there's been a mass shooting at an office building where people have been making illegal robocalls ignoring the national Do Not Call List or pitching scams like pretending to be from Medicare and asking for senior's Part B information?

Why can't they target something deserving like the above for once instead of innocent people?
What about doing a mass shooting at an illegal drug warehouse or distribution/smuggling center?

Or do a mass shooting at a meeting of a bunch of corporate fat cats that routinely lay off workers and cut pensions then give themselves big fat raises and bonuses?

Something that might be a public service instead of shooting innocent poor people?

Here's an idea. How about instead of Russia sending drones to attack innocents in the Ukraine, why not send those drones to target the dialing computer for those robocall scammers instead and blow the scammers up with the equipment. Send a drone swarm to destroy the entire call center too.

Probably because those shootings are related to organized or gang-related crime and are not treated the same as the other mass shootings that hit the news. Just my assumption.
