Yeah at the time the Shadow Dragon seemed AWESOME. In comparison the Red was no real problem (maybe I got lucky). Kangaxx was bloody horrible and I had to reload more times than any other encounter (6 or 8 times I think). The Twisted Rune was nasty and others were pretty yuck. Irenicus wasn't too bad as i weighed into him from the start. Dispelling his stuff etc and so he only managed to summon a few cretures which my monk mopped up quite merily while Anomen and Keldorn did the decent thing and mashed his chest into chutney. really enjoyed the Dragons however, they looked great and were all difficult in some way, more of the same in BG3 please/

Who the heck are Akanis Gath, Malcor Harpel, and Kangaxx. I'm not sure, but is Malcor Harpel one of THE Harpel wizards? If so, that is too cool. Kangaxx is some lich, but where are all these guys found. Ya see I just got the game for Christmas, but, heh heh, I've been playing it non-stop ever since, practically. So when does Yoshimo betray you? What is that Zekk-Drath sword or whatever? Where can I get my hands on that?r Thanks for answering a newbies q's.

Kangaxx is the result of a string of lich linchings. After wiping out a good number of liches, he can be found in the basement of a building in the docks. You can search for it on this board. Arkanis Gath is the FREAK OF NATURE that kills you if you try to take the life of Aran Linvail, the Shadowmaster. (supposing you are under his direction)

Ogrim: What are you smoking? No, really, where did you get it, how much did the bastard charge you, and why do you insist on smoking it right before you post? As you probably know, Vecna is no longer a lich. He is now a god. Supposing you know this, I ask you:

If Vecna was powerful enough to transend into god-hood, and Kangaxx is better than he is, why isn't Kangaxx a god? Simple answer: he's not, on both accounts. Maybe when Vecna was in his early days, but then again, give me a 10 year old version of Elminster, and I could take him...

My most difficult fights in following Order: Twisted Rune, then Firekraag (I hate to see him burn some of my characters because I can´t resurrect them later) and last Kangaxx the lich. I did´t really enjoy the last fight against jon Irenicus. Bohdi was piece of cake for my party, because I had Viccy at my side and so Bohdis Back-Up Vampires preferred to join me instead beeing killed immediately.
When beeing protected properly vampires, just like mindflayers are relatively easy to fight.

My favourite however was twisted rune because it was so dam´n tough and magic heavy. I got it without a single party member beeing killed (with a lot of luck).

I haven´t tried the fight in the kua-tao city after the animal sacrifice, because I didn´t knew how to start it. I heared it is damn tough.

[IMG] Best encounter vs Irenicus in hell:

Two of my party had been killed whilst taking out his little posse of demons (Anomen and Haer D'alis) and with all the demons dead, and my party on the obligatory low hit points, i took him on alone and wasted him, because as a wizard slayer (favourite class) his spells had hardly any consequence. Hee hee hee...

    Job was a good 'un.
