    Just my fucking luck, she still isn't there! Can I import her somehow? I went through ALL the trouble doing this and it comes down to one last fuck up :beer:

    IIRC Eldoth joins and will leave you if you don't seek out and recruit Skie within a time limit. Same as with Minsc if you don't seek out Dynaheir within a time limit.
    I'm not sure what happens if you ditch him until you are ready to tackle Baldur's Gate.
    As for console, try

    The timer keeps running if you remove a companion from your party while their quest is active. From what I remember, Skie is on the second floor of the estate in her room. Did you check there, Sorvo? Just to make sure, before you start messing with the console and spawning duplicates. If she's not there, spawning her with Eldoth in the party should allow you to recruit her. If Eldoth left, you'll need to do more console magic though.

    Yeah, I checked there twice now and Eldoth was out of my party for a long time. I'm going back with him and if she's not there I'll do the console thing. Thanx guys :beer:

    I'm about burned out on this, she appears for a millasecond and disappears. If she's that camera shy then she can go rot in BG limbo.
    Ok, I figured out half of it. Slickster, you really need to stop posting in EE like it was classic. Got it to work but Eldoth leaves the second she joins the group. I really need some sleep, talk later today :beer:

    That's because a timer expired and you took too long to seek her out. In Classic it should be possible to use ShadowKeeper to edit a variable to reset the timer, but I don't recall the details. I figured it out over 15 years ago. I don't have any convenient saves for EE to try to figure it out.

    Fortunately I do have plenty of savegames to work with at the moment, so I took a look around with GateKeeper.

    The timer starts once you enter the NW district with Eldoth in the party.

    I believe this is the Global Variable in your savegame you need to reduce:

    RESCUESKIE

    Alternatively you can try removing it altogether, loading that savegame, bringing Eldoth into the party, and going back to the NW district to see if it resets.

    EDIT: If want to go the route of completely resetting Eldoth, I think you'll need to erase this variable too: ELDOTHMOVE

    Needless to say, keep your savegames backed up. :)

    I do have a save game in my worst case scenario but it will take me back much father than I would like. I will try out your fixes, thanx guys :beer:
    OK, I'm about to rip out any hair I have left on my head :mad: I went back to my chapter 7 start and she's not there, I try to fucking import but having the same problem. I think I'm calling it quits and failed at trying to recruit everyone :( :beer:

    Ok, if you want to give it a break, and resume the project in the future ...

    Just remember to completely ignore Eldoth, pass him by when you're exploring the Cloakwood Forest. And don't speak to him until you've thoroughly explored Baldur's Gate. :)

    You don't do it with the console.

    You need the Gatekeeper program, and there's a bit of a learning curve to using that.

    Click on my name, then click on "Start a Conversation". You can say whatever you like to me, including the title, but at the bottom there should also be a button that says "Send a File". Click on that, it becomes just like sending an attachment like an email. Send me all the files in the directory for your savegame.

    Also, do you have BG:EE through Steam or through GoG?
