[IMG] Which is the best route to take? With Saemon, or through the underdark?

[IMG] I did go with Saemon, and thought I'd share a few things.

During the battle on the ship, I killed Desharnik and got 11K exp, as well as 2 +1 scimitars and a +1 leather armor. In addition, if you do this, the voyage doesn't start automatically. You can take your time, heal up, sell some stuff, etc. and Saemon will wait for you to initiate dialog before he'll set sail.

Then on the ship, I killed Saemon (backstabbing bastard) instead of attacking the invaders. 18K exp.

And lastly, for anyone who's interested, you get at least 4 nice items that will more than likely become equipped somewhere in your party. Well worth the trip.
